Kim Taylor was born and grew up in Nowata, OK and currently lives in Bartlesville. Having lived in that area for her entire life, she is familiar with residential listings in Bartlesville, Copan, Dewey, Nowata, Ochelata, Ramona, and Wann.
Previously, Kim worked at Phillips Petroleum for three years in the position of Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist. Self-employed for nearly three decades now, she and her husband own Taylor Construction Co., which installs underground utilities, manages dirt work, and builds ponds. Kim acts as Office Manager for the entire operation including managing their five oil leases in Washington County. Having built seven homes on their property, obtaining her real estate license was the next natural step for Kim. A full-service agent since 2010, she has been recognized with three Bonze Awards and many Red Awards for outstanding production.
Kim loves helping families find their dream home. “It is a very rewarding experience,” Kim says. “Getting to know my clients helps me understand their needs and goals, which helps me find their perfect home.” She understands that buying a home can be a complex process and knows the difference the right real estate professional can make.

When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids. Her hobbies include Bible study, fishing with her husband, gardening, painting furniture, watching OU and OSU football, and caring for her fur babies.
